Guests have access to estate and outside space within the marked boundary lines. Please, do not trespass on to our neighbor's property.

Septic System Care:
The property is on a private community water system and septic system. To prevent costly damage, please refrain from flushing anything other than toilet paper. A minimum $500 fee will be charged for septic/well repairs, so we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines.

Whole-Home Backup Generator
Power outages occasionally occur in the mountains, but there's no need to worry. The home is equipped with a Generac whole-home generator that automatically restores power within moments, allowing your stay to continue uninterrupted.

Wildlife & Nature:
Located in the mountains, near the river, you may encounter wildlife such as deer, elk, bear, rabbits, and more. Please use caution and avoid approaching any wild animals. Keep an eye out for the unique creatures of nature, but stay safe!

Pest Control:
We hire professionals to clean and treat the property regularly, but as it’s nestled in the woods and on the river, occasional encounters with insects, spiders, or even mice are possible. We do our best to keep the cabin pest-free, but nature sometimes has its way!

Hot Tub & Cabin Amenities:
The hot tub is professionally serviced and cleaned weekly and before each guest stay. Please use caution when enjoying the hot tub.

Liability & Safety:
By booking with us, you waive all liability for personal injury or property loss. We want you to enjoy your time here fully, but kindly keep in mind that there are certain risks, such as the aforementioned hot tub and fire pit. Always use caution, and please make sure children are supervised at all times.

Parties & Respect for the Cabin:
We ask that you treat the property with respect, as it’s a special place we share with our guests. Parties are not allowed. No Fireworks allowed.

Security Camera:
For your safety and to assist with check-ins and check-outs, there are fixed cameras on the front of the house/entryway, focusing on the driveway.
